Tri Energy Kids is one of my favourite clubs of the week. All the coaches are really kind and are always motivating us. They always find time for us, if it wasn't for Tri Energy Kids I would never have got into running and cycling and now I love it

I really enjoy Tri Energy because it's fun. All the coaches listen to you and help you out. My running has improved and I'm far more confident on my bike now. I have really enjoyed competing in my first duathlons too
